ATE Test Fixture Rack

Overview

Designed to store ATE Fixtures weighing up to 25kg to enable one operator to load and off load to the machine without any other assitance.

How it works

The operator shares the weight of the fixture with the force of that of a constant force tension spring.

The routine

The operator slides the tray housing the fixture from the rack on to the platform of the traverse frame.

By releasing the height location with the two handed brake levers he/she then takes the shared weight and moves it to the convienient height of the machine loading.

After releasing the traverse location pin he/she then momves the traverse frame to the end of the rack alongside the machine.

Then with a straight back he/she transfers the fixture to the machine.
